Time and Date HELP!

  Okay, some how my time and date got messed up. I tried to fix it and i made it worse. I can’t publish any posts because of this. I just don’t understand the way wordpress does it. I tried putting the code off the time and date from my other blogs but my posts never came up still and it said June 15, 2008 or something like that. I REALLY need help!
