Time and date on posts

  How do I change the timeframe to EST? I have to manually change 4 hours on each post.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can update the time settings for your site in your wp-admin Dashboard under Settings » General.

  You can get to those settings by adding /wp-admin after the site name:
