time and date stamp

  Hello,

  I am new to wordpress.com and I’m having some issues with my time and date stamp. I can’t get either one to display times and dates that change as posts are made. I’m guessing I’ve been using the wrong strand of code in my settings field.

  Would someone mind writing out the code for both so that I can cut and paste into my setting field? Of course I know I’ll have to make the changes before pasting. I would really appreciate this.

  Hi the115! The first place to go is in your Admin => Options and make sure that you have put in the correct timezone for your blog (-7 for MST) so that your posts will reflect the date that you posted them. Another thing you can do, is alter the “timestamp” of an entry using the blue box on the create post and edit post page.
