time display

  i have changed my method of time display in my options in the correct php method.

  when i save my options, the options page updates to show the output i desire, but for some reason when i load my blog page, the time format is the same as the default.

  why is my time display not working? have i failed to do something?

  It may be hard coded in the theme you are using.
