time for importing

I have imported several xml file from xanga to wordpress, But the time for the importing make me confused. The file has roughly the same size, but some imported within 2hours while some has been importing for 12 hrs and not yet finished. I was wondering if they could be faster because i still have several xml files to import.

It does not take that long . If it get stuck just refresh the import to continue process

Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.
If you continue to have trouble with your import, please try a different browser. http://browsehappy.com You might also try the WordPress importer rather than the Xanga-specific importer.
