Time settings

  Why is there no city listing to set the correct time on my blog? My other blogs have cities listed–LA is closest to me–but this one only has UTC + numbers, and I don’t know which one to use!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Scroll up further. The cities are listed first, then the UTC offsets, but for some reason the UTC offsets appear when you see the scale.

  I believe Pacific time is UTC -8 though, but there are plenty of conversion charts on the web.
