  The actual time I post is different from the time stamp I post. Also the time is wrong on my settings page.

  How off is your time? Also what is your timezone setting set to?

  It is off by 4 hours. I am in the Eastern Time Zone.

  Try selecting a nearby city under timezone; mine is working fine, I’m PST local time: 6:58pm and WP is correct.

  You go to Settings > General. You will see a timezone section with a dropdown of possible cities and possible locations. :)
