Time stamp incorrect by 12 hours

  All my blogs are saying they are posted 12 hours ahead of what the time really is. Is there any way to change the time zone or something? My computer shows the correct time. I post in the evenings and it shows up on the following date and during the a.m.

  Nevermind. I just figured it out and corrected the problem.
