Time-stamp on Posts

Add topic to favorites
I’ve been posting on my blog every other day, and I’ve noticed that the time stamp is inconsistent with the area that I’m posting from. It’s about 5 hours ahead. Is there anyway for me to change that?

I had that problem too. I just played around with the time stamp when I scheduled my posts and it eventually fixed itself. Maybe yours will do the same.

Set the time to a city in your time zone – sound like @amytxiang lives on the east coast of the U.S. – Default time here is UTC 0000 (London England)

Go to Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> pick a city in your time zone and save changes

@auxclass @raspro1 I can’t seem to find out where to change the time stamp. I went through all the settings and couldn’t find any settings for location or time.

Are you logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the wordpress.COm hosted blog in question?

What is the URL of this wordpress.COM hosted blog, please?

Go to https://comejoinmyteaparty.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php to reset your timezone.

Use Go Back and Edit Posts https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/#go-back-and-edit-posts to edit the timestamps in the Publish module on each posts and then click Update.
