Like this idea but you would be better of to send this idea to staff directly so you can alert them to this idea because they don’t hang out in the forums much. http://support.wordpress.com/contact/

Better yet would be to post an automatic message like this for anyone who doesn’t have a wordpress blog linked to their nickname.

column along with new message rather then this message.
Also most general mistake is that people don’t add
” http:// ” before the blog address – and then it’s not considered as a link !
