Time Zone

  Are all posts set to one time zone? Not sure if it’s a problem, or just how the site is designed, but I just posted something at 10:00pm on 10/30/16 and the post is tagged 10/31/16. I started this account when I lived in Nebraska and have since moved. I looked in settings and didn’t see a way to change my time zone.

  Yes, all posts are set to one time zone. To change it, follow the steps below.

  Go to My Sites > WP Admin > Settings > General. Look at the Timezone section. To the right, the current date and time (eg. UTC time is 2016-10-30 10:37:23) are displayed. If that doesn’t match up with your local date/time, select the appropriate option from the dropdown. The easiest way is to choose a city that’s in your timezone. Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page. Look back at the timezone section and it will now include your local date/time.

  If you don’t see the WP Admin navigation link, add “/wp-admin/” to your site url in the address bar so it looks this: palmtreessunshineheart.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
