  Are you wanting to change the time zone for your site? If so, add “/wp-admin/” to your site url in the address bar so it looks this: nc99022016.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Then go to My Sites > WP Admin > Settings > General. Look at the Timezone section. To the right, the current date and time (eg. UTC time is 2016-01-05 10:37:23) are displayed. If that doesn’t match up with your local date/time, select the appropriate option from the dropdown. The easiest way is to choose a city that’s in your timezone. Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page. Look back at the timezone section and it will now include your local date/time.
