Time Zone Change function won't work

  The time zone function in General Settings won’t allow me to change the timezone to PST (San Francisco)–any thoughts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I can do that so I’m not clear on why you can’t. Try clearing your browser cache please > http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies

  The default timezone is UTC time. For San Francisco the current time zone offset is UTC/GMT -7 hours

  pardon the basic question – did you “Save changes” – hidden down at the bottom of the page?
