time zone explanation re scheduling

  I am trying to schedule a post to appear at a particular time in my time zone … I just don’t understand the feedback I’m getting … it looks like it ought to go online in 30 minutes, and WP is saying it went online 4 hours ago. I just need an explanation, so I know how to adjust properly.

  Found the problem: time zone set to UTC + 0, (London) should have been set to something different (Louisville, KY), dk how that happened but made the settings change, looks like it has updated now.
