time zone help

  hi!

  I live in philadelphia and I am unsure of what time zone I should be using. I don’t know what UTC is so I am not sure if what I should be choosing. please help! anyway that can be made more user friendly?

  Instead of looking for that, scroll to the United States section and find your closest city.
