Time zone setting not displaying

Hello! I want to update the timezone of my blog but I don’t see this option. The only settings I see in Settings > General are:
Site Title
Site Tagline
Site Address
Language
Site Visibility
Related PostsThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Some theme display the time on posts and some do not. Take a look at the live demo site for any theme to see if it does or doesn’t display a timestamp. Example: https://lyretaildemo.wordpress.com/

There is no theme feature filter you can use to reduce browsing for themes with times displayed. To switch themes see here please https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#switch-themes
On a related issue:
To confirm your timezone is correct know the default timezone is UTC time. You can reset your timezone here > Settings > General. Select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu you see there and then click “save changes”.
You can edit the post and change the datestamp and timestamp and click update. I know you are not scheduling a post but these images may be helpful:

If you don’t see the Timezone setting under General, you may be in the New Dashboard.
Go to your site’s WP Admin Dashboard >Settings>General and you should see it there.
If not, please check that you are logged in with the username account that has Admin privileges. If yes and the Timezone setting is still not available, then please post back here and let us know.
