Time/Date defaults

  Something has happened, and it seems that the default settings for my time/date options has been erased. Can anyone tell me what the defaults are so I can replace them??? I think it was something like F,l,… something, I dont know. Just incase you dont know, its in the options menu, general section. Thank you
