  How do I change the time stamp on my posts and comments to PST?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there,
  The default timezone is UTC time. You can reset your timezone here > Settings > General Select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu you see there and then click “save changes”.

  I feel like a total moron but the only settings I can find are under my account and General is not an option. Is it possible that since I have the free membership, I can’t change the time?

  This has nothing to do with upgrades and free blogs. You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Settings > General > Date Format > Time Format
  http://fromcheekytofrumpyin4yearsflat.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php

  Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
