Timing out comments

It would be good to have a setting that allows you to automatically close off comments after a set period – say one month after posting. I do this manually, but often forget and I’m worried I may miss older ones.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The blog you specified at billbennett.co.nz does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.

This support forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com. If your question is about a self-hosted WordPress blog then you’ll find help at the WordPress.org forums.

If you don’t understand the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, you may find this information helpful.

If you forgot to include a link to your blog, you can reply and include it below. It’ll help people to answer your question.

It’s built in here for WordPress.COM blogs –

Looks like the supportbot missed the domain mapping on your blog

Is there a way to fix the support bot domain mapping?

The supportbot should not matter much – if you post here for help much you might put a note in your Post that your domain name is mapped to a blog here – usually if the supportbot misses or a person puts the wrong URL in – the OP will come back with a “I really am here at WordPress.COM”
