Timing out on login.

    Frequently we get a timed out message when we attempt to log on to the Dashboard; generally during weekdays. Is it a function of high volume, or is there some other issue?

    Hi drhealy,

    Are you seeing a timeout error when logging in to https://wordpress.com to manage bdhhfamily.wordpress.com? Or is there another site you need help with?

    It sounds like this may be related to your internet connection so if this is happening when logging in to WordPress.com, please try using a different connection (home, work etc) to see whether that makes a difference. If it doesn’t, please reply here with the exact error message you are seeing and we’ll take another look.
