  I was trying to find the theme tincredible. We use it at work and I wanted to try to be consistent. IS it no longer available?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That theme does not exist here. The only themes you can use on a free hosted WordPress.com blog are those found here > Appearance > Themes and showcased here > http://wordpress.com/themes/

  There is no Vagabond theme here at WordPress.com. You cannot import a theme and use it on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. We do not have FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we not able to upload any third party themes.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes anything at all stated clearly here > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you want to use any third party theme or build your own theme then don’t waste any time here at all. Purchase web hosting http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. http://wordpress.org/ Then move your .wordpress.com blog content into it http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
