    Hello

There is an issue in the WordPress admin editor where ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) blocks placed inside reusable blocks are displayed only in the sidebar, instead of in the main content area.

    Current behavior:
When editing a reusable block that contains an ACF block, the block itself is not visible in the main editor area — only its fields appear in the right sidebar.
In some cases, the sidebar area is too narrow, and users have to manually expand it via DevTools to see or access the fields.

This breaks the normal editing flow in Gutenberg — editors cannot see or edit ACF block content in context, and it appears as if the block has disappeared.
The need to open DevTools to access the block fields makes editing highly impractical for non-technical users.

Is this a known issue, and do you plan to address it in an upcoming Gutenberg or WordPress release?
If not, could you please share any recommended workaround or approach for handling ACF blocks inside reusable blocks?

    Thank you so much.

    Best regards.

We can’t help with third party plugins as Advanced Custom Fields. You must contact support of that plugin.
