TinyMCE

I have a very simple need that apparently only the TinyMCE plugin can provide:
I would like to create a page with Wikipedia style anchors so that I can link to them from a menu on the top of the page.
the TinyMCE editor would allow me to do that but I do not see it being available even with your Business upgrade.
What do I need to do to have it?
Word documents have this feature, but they are lost when I paste in from Word.
My blog is getting big and I would need this feature to simplify it for my readers

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Actually, you don’t need that plugin. Page Jumps are easy, but you cannot create them in WORD and paste them to the web. The web is written in HTML, and you need to write page jumps in HTML. https://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/page-jumps/

    Thank you very much!
This is exactly what I needed.
    Tried, tested, it works
I did not realize that it would be this simple..

Gave me all sort of ideas to try – such as saving Word documents in filtered HTML format to see what gets across if I just paste in the raw html
    Thanks again
