Why can’t non-enterprise users get access to the Tinypass plug-in, which is available to Enterprise customers?
Please implement Tinypass for regular users.

Monetize your WordPress site with subscriptions and paywall management software from Tinypass.
Are you not aware that blogger initiated advertising is not allowed? The only blogs that can be equipped for ecommerce are those with the $299. per year business upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/
The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains. http://en.wordpress.com/apply-for-wordads/
Advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com is not allowed.

There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.Please see this guide to learn about the differences.

It’s too bad that you choose to project emotions I did not feel into my response. When answering questions here we do not know whether bloggers are fully apprised of the details and limitations of blogging here at WordPress.com or not. In fact it’s my experience that many who have blogged here for years have not read the comparison at http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ and have not read this entry either http://store.wordpress.com/bundles/ so they don’t know that the free plan and the Premium plan do not allow them to upload themes or plugins. And they aren’t aware that WordPress.com blogs cannot be equipped for eCommerce transactions unless they have the $299. per year Business upgrade. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/ecommerce-is-now-available-on-wordpresscom?replies=1

@Malagodi,
Tinypass representative checking in here. We are sorry that WordPress.com requires the use of WordPress.org to use the Tinypass plugin. If you’re considering Tinypass, but don’t want to use WordPress.org, here’s a link that shows you how to use Tinypass on 5 free CMS’s: http://publisher.tinypass.com/guide/archives/howto/install-tinypass-on-any-cms-platform -
As none of those blogging platforms named include WordPress.com that means malagodi will have to set up another blog on:
Squarespace, Tumblr, Weebly, Blogspot, Jimdo or Webflow to use tinypass.Assuming he want to move his content then to export he can see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
