Tip Box won't go away

A few weeks a go the following tip box said-
“Tip: Be the master of your own domain – make this blog ibdesignsusa.me for just $24 per year.”Normally in the past when you click on those boxes it disappears but this one has been on for weeks. In the meantime I get no other tips since this one seems to be stuck. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it since I don’t want a new domain.

We cannot get rid of the persistent buy an upgrade notices on our dashboard. We also cannot get rid of the “go pro” purchased upgrades blue button on our Admin bars. Clearly WordPress.con is aggressively pursuing all free users and attempting to convert them into paying customers.

Sure sounds like it timethief. I have the GoPro blue button too. Really liked getting the tips and have had this blog now for about 3 years and enjoy posting.
