Tip for fixing broken RSS feed
-
Here’s a successful fix I recently discovered for broken RSS feeds when a blog post is responsible for the problem.
1. Go to http://www.feedvalidator.org/ and enter your blog’s RSS feed.
2. A broken feed will come back as invalid and indicate an XML parsing error is the reason. The error message will reference the line of the feed and yellow highlight the text producing the error.
3. Copy a brief phrase from the highlighted text and do a search for it on your blog. The search should identify the troublesome blog post. Search again to confirm.
4. Delete the identified post or place it on draft status for later revision to remove the problematic text.
5. Recheck the feed at http://www.feedvalidator.org/ It should now be valid and the XML Parsing Error resolved. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is wordpress.COM and http://www.lastrushhour.com/ is not hosted by wordpress.COM.
You are posting to the wrong support forum.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.COM blogs have built-in feeds and you can read about them here https://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/

Feeds don’t work for me but someone surely responded quickly to a post that didn’t belong here.
If I click my RSS feed button it tells me can’t download file. Does not pop up XML like other feeds.

Also, I have been made an admin on a premium account which advertises live chat support and I cannot find where to access that support option.

@revivemediahelp There are hundreds of support posts made each day in the forums and it does happen that some may fall through the cracks. Regardless, I just answered your other thread here:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/rss-feed-is-not-working-properly?replies=2#post-2715826Also, if you have a paid plan, you can receive direct assistance from Staff via the contact form in your Dashboard. https://wordpress.com/help/contact which looks and behaves differently depending on whether you have a free or paid account. If you have a paid plan and Staff are available, there will be a Live Chat window in the lower right corner of your screen. Hope that helps.
