Titan 2FA Authenticator Codes and Backup Codes all failing

  I’m completely locked out of my Titan account on my phone and computer because, for whatever reason, neither my Authenticator codes or Backup codes (aka the 8-digit codes I received at the very beginning that I wrote down) are working.

  One thing to note, to protect your account, accessing email via 3rd party clients like Gmail or Outlook will be blocked when Two-Factor Authentication is enabled.
