Hi there! I’m unable to log in to the Titan Email Control Panel with my new domain email address; it says ‘If you do not have the credentials to log in to the email control panel, please contact your administrator.’ WordPress is my administrator – please help!

I have the same problem when trying to log in into Titan Email Control Panel, but I can normally log in into Titan Email app.

@erminigla are you getting the same error on this page?
Typically that means the login credentials are incorrect, so you can you check for any typos? Please update us here if you’re continuing to get that error.
@katcampitelli – I’m curious whether you were able to log in, too.

I can’t get into the email control panel, but I can get into the email app, which is not the same thing.
