Titan Emails have been suspended

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the suspension of my Titan Emails account. Despite clearing all outstanding dues and renewing my subscription, I have been unable to access my email for several weeks now.
After reaching out to the Titan support team, I was directed to contact the WordPress.com support team for further assistance. Last week, I managed to start a live chat with a WordPress team member who assured me that they would verify the issue with the billing department and provide a resolution within 24 hours. However, it has now been 5+ days, and I have yet to receive any communication from them.
As my company’s domain emails are very important for our business, not being able to access them is very frustrating, and I am losing important communication every day.
I am now feeling helpless, and my only option is to post on public forums to warn others not to choose WordPress and Titan.

It looks like you disputed the last few renewal payments for Professional Email with your card issuer/bank, which resulted in the subscription being canceled and your email service interrupted.
We received the payment after you contacted us earlier and have just restored the Professional Email subscription. Please allow a few hours for the email service to start working again. You will see the email subscription on your WordPress.com dashboard when you log in.
