Titan mail emails stopped working – 5 of them!

  We purchased 5 emails that are due for renewal on June 7. Unfortunately, the email addresses are no longer valid and we cannot log in to them in titanmail because “Account not found”. Why? We have paid up until June 7? Its very odd – please help!

  The emails are not even listed under “manage my email” when i log in anymore. It’s like someone has logged in and deleted them but I am the only one with the login details!

  No one has logegd in and deleted all of your purchases and emails. Are you sure you are logged in to the account owning that Titan purchase?
