Titan theme -Facebook – Twitter

  This is a two part question. Is there any way to get Titan theme to display Facebook icon ?

  How to allow other to connect automatically link to twitter?
  I don’t necessarily want to show posts on twitter/fb. just want to know how others can link in to them.
