  I dont know how to change the colour of Title name!!! Please help.

  Hi there,

  You can choose from some free colour palettes under the Colours & Backgrounds panel of the WordPress.com Customizer. You’ll notice the colour of your title (along with other parts of your site) change as you switch between palettes.

  More advanced options for customising your site’s colours are including as part of the WordPress.com Premium and Business plans.
