  i am using the coutolier theme, and whenever i scroll down the title starts to scroll as well, how do i stop that from happening

  Hi, are you trying to make the title stay in place like it does here?

  If so, go to My Site > Customize, and click on Site Identity. Choose to display the site title and tagline.

  You can remove the extra copy of the site title from that page.
