How do I change my site title?

  My main domain is http://www.expateducator.com .

  I’m trying to change the title to Expat Educator rather than expateducatordotcom.com (I’m not sure why that would pop up).

  When I customize the header, the incorrect text stays the same. How do I make my title “Expat Educator”?
