Title and a search bar is missing when I edit. but there when I publish.

Hello,
New to WP. The title and a search bar is missing when I edit., but there when I publish. I can’t seem to figure out a way to change it, as it has the Title of website and the menu and it has the search bar at the bottom, but when I edit it, it is not there..
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is expected :)
The site title, search bar and menu are part of your theme, while in the editor you can only modify the content of a specific post or page.
To modify elements of your theme, you’ll use the Customizer at Appearance ->Customize. You’ll click on Menus to make changes to your site menu, and on Widgets to remove or edit the search bar, as that’s added to your theme’s footer widget area:
