Title, caption, alt link and descriptions in Media Library

    I recently read that it is a good idea to fill in the title, caption, alt link and descriptions for each photo on my blog posts, so I went back into my media library and tediously filled in the blanks, only to find that when I go to my blog posts, the captions are still absent. What am I doing wrong?
