title change

  hello, I want to change the title of my blog. I found instructions that said to go under settings and click general settings. I found settings, but when I clicked on it general settings was not an option…help please:)

  If you are the Admin of the blog in question then you can go here > Settings > General and change the Site title on the very first line on that page and then click “save changes”.
