  PLEASE IGNORE MY PREVIOUS QUESTION IT IS INCORRECT!

  This is what I tried to write and hopefully it will not alter it.

  When I put the symbol & in the title on saving it it defaults to & How can I prevent this? The title of the piece I am writing is about a company (ficticious as it is) e.g. Me & Co becomes Me & Co
  How do I overcome this because it is changing the whole point of the piece?!
