  how to change the title color

  Not every theme allows for font color changes free of charge. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/motif/

  If that is possible without an upgrade on the Motif theme then the setting is found here > Appearance > Header
  scroll down to Header Text
  __ Show header text with your image.
  Text Color (color selector)
  “save changes”.

  If your theme does not provide that ability free of charge you will need to purchase a Premium bundlet upgrade to get the custom design upgrade in that package and change it.
