Title font

    I have downloaded a font (Quentin) and I can’t seem to change my title to this font. I have downloaded Use any Font and Easy Google fonts, and tried to follow the instructions to upload a font, and also tried to edit the CCS but nothing is working. Anyone got an idea? (The font is not a google font).
