Title Form is missing – Unable to add media

  Hi. I logged in to my blog today and went to write a post, but the title box is gone and I am unable to add media, switch to text from visual, etc

  Hi @kellymikolich, sometimes this is a browser cache issue:
  https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  You could either try clearing the cache, or try another browser to see if that helps.
