Title is the same on every page

  Hello!
  We are trying to get the title tags on each page to say
  Waggo Blog | Article Name
  but instead it just says Waggo Blog on every page, how can I fix that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I wasn’t able to confirm the issue you described. Have you resolved it? Your page title tags read “Press | Waggo Blog,” for the “Press” page and “About Waggo Home | Waggo Blog,” for the “About Us” page. The “Articles” items in each of two menus link to the post category archives page for the category “Article.”
