  Why does my titla have an arrow and link to a picture? I didn’t put it there?

  Because you published it as a Link format post. Edit the post and set the post format to Standard.

  Yes but I have links in my post so I have to keep it as a Link format in order for the links to work correct? I don’t understand why there are different formats, they all look the same to me.

  No.

  Alternative post formats are totally optional (many themes don’t even support them), and in most cases you don’t need them. Some alternative formats result in some visual differentiation on the main page (for example, aside format = no post title).

  In a standard format post the title of the post on the main page links to the single-post view. In a link format post, the title of the post becomes a link to the first URL that can be found in the content of the post, so the link format is only useful if you want to make the title link to another webpage.
