Title of blog in links

The title of my blog shows up in links as “What this blog is about.” Which I had set as my home page. How do I get the blog to show up in links as “Italian Dreams” which is what the blog is called?

Well, a friend who checked out my blog (it’s very new, I am just learning how to create one) she said the following: “The title of your blog shows up in links as “What this blog is about”–I’d change that and just have Italian Dreams, that’s your selling point, your topic (or change it to be about the divorce or whatever, but use a title that reflects content). Readers expect to see the topic in the title, not the question.”
