title of blog not showing

  Hi, my post entitled “Christmas” is showing the word, “image” instead of Christmas. I have deleted it and loaded it three times to no avail. When you click on the word “image” then the word “Christmas” shows up. Please fix this. Thanks, Katherine

  The title to my blog, “Christmas” is not showing on my blog. Instead the word “image” shows in its stead. I have deleted it and reuploaded it 3 X and it still does it. Please fix it.

  I’ve just looked and I see the full image appearing on your blog.

  I did notice that the post has the ‘image’ format set at https://uncommonhours.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=9525&action=edit . If you switch this back to ‘standard’ you’ll see the post title appear again on your homepage.

  I located “image” under “format” and there is a checked box with a turquoise dot. But I cannot UNCHECK it. Can you do that for me? or do I need to repost the whole thing on a new posting? Thanks

  Hi, I started over: trashed the published post; started a new post after checking format was “standard” (I did not change the other format); the photos loaded but in the first preview, showed the photographs very small. Trashed that one and started another new post and this time it published correctly. The WordPress website is experiencing hiccups and it is not the setting on my blog posts.

  Actually, I just looked on the blog site and the first photo which was uploaded as “large” looks tiny again. I then clicked out and clicked on again and the photo was okay. What accounts for this happening with the photo sizes?
