Title of Blog/Custom Header Overlapping. HELP!

  Recently my friend has been helping me tweak a new theme for my blog, and when we uploaded the custom header (banner) my friend designed, it overlapped with the actual title header of the blog. We have tried to get the title to be transparent in the CSS but it hasn’t been successful. Does anyone know of a way to get the Title and the Banner to coincide peacefully? I would love to get rid of the title box all together and make it just the banner.

  it is fixed on safari and google chrome, but it isn’t fixed on internet explorer. for some reason it still doesn’t work. the title is transparents on google chrome and safari, not so on IE.

  Internet Explorer does not understand transparent as a color. It doesn’t understand the word at all. You will have to use

  display: none;
