Title of post doesn’t show up in preview

I have titled my first post after completing it, but the title doesn’t show up when I preview the post. I don’t know anything about code and I am using the free version of WordPress. Perhaps in order to do many things I need to invest in an upgrade.
Anyone know why the title doesn’t appear above the post?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The lack of a title is a post format issue. Edit the post and select standard for your post format.

I don’t think the theme I am using supports post formatting because I don’t see the post format module.
In case you haven’t guessed, I am super new to WordPress, so I have a lot to learn, but I want to lean it all!
I cannot even remember which theme I chose. If the one I am using doesn’t support post formatting I will change to one that does.
Is there a list of themes that do?

One more thing please: I want to learn the most I possibly can about WordPress for a few reasons. One being, I obviously want to create the best and most eye pleasing blog possible.
What is the best way to go about leaning WP, or is it just a long process that involves a lot of forum questions? If there were a course to learn it all, I’d be the first one to sign up for it!
