Title of post showing up in unwanted place

    Hi there,

I’m trying to help my mother with her blog — she has run into a problem. She put up a new post today, and for some reason, the title of the post is showing up — twice — on her home page, in the bar under the title bar. Normally, the space there just says “home”, but now it says “home” and “Coping strategies and learning to live with dizziness” (twice), and those seem to be links to that article. She doesn’t want that there, but I can’t figure out how that happened or how to get rid of those links.

Her blog address, if you want to see what I’m talking about, is ViewFromOverTheHill.wordpress.com

    Thanks for any help!

She is creating Pages not Posts.
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
There is no automatic way to tranfer content in Pages to Posts and visa versa. it’s a copy, paste the content into a Post and delete the Page job.

Thank you, TimeThief! I fixed it with your help. Don’t know how she ended up creating a page instead of a post, but I will let her know. You were a great help!

It’s unfortunately very easy to make that mistake. Easy to rectify early in the blog, though.
