Title on About page

  I am trying to remove the word ‘About’ that shows up in the middle of the photograph on my About page. All other pages use the ‘tagline’ I was prompted to put in on by clicking the ‘customize’ button. I cannot get the world ‘About’ to go away or change or reflect the current tagline. Help!!!!!!!!!!!
