Title posting twice on sites connected to my blog

  I have my blog set to automatically post on several social networking sites, i.e. Twitter, Tumblr, Google +, and Facebook. The title posts twice on these sites. Can I fix this double title posting?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I used to see this problem occur a lot before with many users where say Twitter and Facebook accounts were connected, in addition to WordPress.com’s Publicize. So what would happen is if you automatically share to say Twitter, that would automatically share to Facebook, and since you set up the Facebook Publicize connection through us, it automatically shares on Facebook as well. This causes double posts. So, in order to stop this please disconnect one of the connections.
